Custom Branded Games & Photo Booths for Brand Activations: What Bamigos Manufactures In-House

Brand Activations May 14, 2026 15 min read

Most experiential marketing vendors in India are assemblers — they source generic machines from China and slap your logo on them. Bamigos is different. We design and manufacture interactive experiences from scratch at our Delhi factory: electronics, firmware, AI software, and cabinet, all under one roof. Here's what we build for brands.

Why In-House Manufacturing Matters for Brand Activations

When you hire an experiential marketing vendor, you typically get one of two things: a generic imported machine with a vinyl wrap, or a "custom" build assembled from parts sourced across three countries with a 12-week lead time. Neither of those options works when you have a product launch in six weeks and a brand that demands precision.

Bamigos.com operates differently. We have been designing and manufacturing interactive entertainment and experiential hardware at our Delhi factory since 2022. We control every layer of the product: the cabinet (metalwork, woodwork, acrylic, LED panels), the electronics (custom PCBs, controllers, wiring harnesses), the firmware, and the software — including our proprietary AI engine that powers the Pikcha photo booth line.

Here is what that vertical integration means for your brand activation:

Speed: 2-8 weeks vs. 8-16 weeks

Because we design and build in-house, there is no waiting for an overseas shipment. No customs clearance delays. No parts stuck at a port. A straightforward project like a branded projection game can be ready in 2 weeks. A full custom AI photo booth with a bespoke cabinet takes 4-8 weeks. Compare that to 8-16 weeks when your vendor is importing a base machine from Guangzhou and then customising it in a garage.

Customisation depth: beyond the vinyl wrap

With an assembler, "customisation" means a printed sticker on a generic cabinet and your logo on the screen. With Bamigos, customisation means the cabinet itself — its shape, its materials, its finish. It means the touchscreen UI designed in your brand's type and colour system. It means AI effects built specifically for your campaign: your mascot as an overlay, your product as a transformation element, your hashtag burned into every photo. The machine is your brand, not a machine wearing your brand.

Cost: factory-direct, no import duty, no middleman

Importing a photo booth from China and customising it in India means you pay: the manufacturer's margin, the importer's margin, customs duty (typically 18-28% on electronics and amusement machines), and the customisation shop's margin. That is four layers of margin before you get a product. When you work with Bamigos, you work with the factory directly. One margin. Zero import duty. The savings are significant — typically 25-40% compared to an equivalent imported-and-customised solution.

Support: parts available in Delhi, not Shenzhen

If a component fails on the morning of your event, do you want to call a supplier who will FedEx a part from China in 5-7 business days? Or do you want to call a factory in Delhi that has the part on a shelf and can dispatch a technician the same day? Every component in our machines — from the motherboard to the coin acceptor to the printer — is stocked in our Delhi workshop. For NCR events, same-day support is standard.

IP control: your custom build stays yours

When you commission a custom machine from Bamigos, the design is yours. We do not take your bespoke concept, tweak it slightly, and sell it to your competitor. Your custom cabinet design, your AI effects, your UI — these are treated as your intellectual property. This matters for brands investing in a distinctive experiential asset they want to redeploy across multiple campaigns.

The table below summarises the difference:

Factor Imported / Assembled Bamigos (In-House)
Lead time 8-16 weeks 2-8 weeks
Cabinet customisation Vinyl wrap only Any shape, material, finish
Software / AI Generic, limited branding Proprietary, fully branded
Import duty 18-28% 0%
Same-day support (Delhi NCR) No Yes
IP exclusivity Rarely guaranteed Standard

The Process: From Brief to Deployment

We have refined this process across dozens of brand activations. It is designed to move fast without cutting corners. Here is what working with Bamigos looks like from day one to event day.

Step 1
You share your campaign brief
Brand guidelines, venue details, timeline, budget range, and campaign objectives. The more specific the brief, the faster we move. If you don't have a formal brief, a 30-minute call with our team is enough to create one.
Step 2
We concept 2-3 options with cost estimates
Within 3-5 business days, you receive 2-3 concept proposals. Each includes a description, rough visual reference, a cost estimate, and a timeline. You pick one (or combine elements from multiple).
Step 3
Design sign-off + advance payment
We finalise the design, materials, and specifications. You sign off on the design document and pay the 50% advance. This triggers manufacturing.
Step 4
Manufacturing at our Delhi factory
Cabinet fabrication, electronics assembly, firmware loading, and software configuration happen in parallel. You receive progress photos at key milestones.
Step 5
Testing + your review
The machine is fully assembled and tested in our factory. You are welcome to visit for an in-person review, or we send a video walkthrough for remote sign-off.
Step 6
Delivery + installation
Delhi NCR: same-day delivery and installation. Nationwide: 3-7 business days via freight, with our installation guide or on-site team (depending on scope).
Step 7
Event-day support
Optional on-site technician for the duration of your event. Remote monitoring and troubleshooting is included by default — our machines report their own health status.
Step 8
Post-campaign: keep, redeploy, or return
After the event, you own the machine. Redeploy it at another venue, store it for your next campaign, or let us refurbish it for resale. For rental arrangements, we handle pickup.

Who We Work With

We work with anyone who needs custom interactive hardware for experiential marketing. The conversation is the same regardless of whether you are a brand, an agency, or a venue operator.

Brands (Direct)

Marketing teams and brand managers running their own activations. You bring the brief, we bring the machine.

Experiential & Event Agencies

We are your manufacturing vendor, not your competitor. White-label delivery, agency-branded documentation, direct coordination with your production team.

Mall Management Companies

Permanent or rotating installations for common areas, atriums, and entertainment zones. Revenue-share models available.

Retail Chains

Multi-location deployments with identical machines. Fleet management dashboard included for chains deploying 3+ units.

We are the factory behind the activation. Whether you are an agency sourcing for a client or a brand running your own campaign, the conversation starts the same way: share your brief. We will tell you what is possible, what it costs, and when it can be ready.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum order quantity for custom branded machines?
There is no minimum order for rentals or event deployments. For purchase, the minimum is 1 unit. We build to order, so every machine is made specifically for your project. Volume pricing is available for orders of 5 or more units — for example, a retail chain deploying identical kiosks across 10 stores.
What are your payment terms?
50% advance with signed proforma invoice, 50% before dispatch. All invoices are GST-inclusive. For event rentals, 100% advance is required at the time of booking. We issue a Sale & License Agreement for purchase orders that covers warranty terms, IP ownership, and support commitments.
Do you work with experiential marketing agencies?
Yes, and we prefer it. A significant portion of our custom builds are commissioned by agencies on behalf of their brand clients. We provide white-label solutions — the machine shows up in your agency's branding, with your agency's documentation. We coordinate directly with your on-ground production team and stay invisible to your end client if that is what you need.
Can you handle multi-city deployment across India?
Yes. We ship nationwide with 3-7 day delivery timelines via dedicated freight. For simultaneous multi-city campaigns, we manufacture identical units in parallel and coordinate staggered delivery schedules so every machine arrives before the local activation date. We have supported campaigns spanning 5+ cities simultaneously.
What if we need something not listed here?
That is exactly what custom manufacturing is for. The six products listed above are our most-requested categories, but our factory capability is not limited to them. We have built custom solutions ranging from motion-sensing basketball games to gesture-controlled product configurators. If you have a concept for an interactive experience, share your brief. If we can build it, we will tell you the cost and timeline. If we can not, we will say so upfront.
