Logistics from our Delhi factory is chargeable as per actuals. Wooden crate packaging for safe transport is an extra charge. AMC fees: Pikcha Lite ~₹33,250/year, Pikcha Studio ~₹42,750/year, Pikcha Pro ~₹61,750/year. AMC covers technical support at your tier SLA, spare parts dispatch, and software updates. Pikcha Studio AMC also includes 3 free frame changes/year. Pikcha Pro AMC includes unlimited frame changes.

After the warranty year, the standard AMC keeps your booth supported, updated and in service. We send friendly reminders at 60, 30, and 7 days before renewal via email, WhatsApp, and the operator dashboard, plus a 30-day grace period.
