Pikcha is plug-and-play — self-setup typically takes just 2 hours. If you prefer a Bamigos engineer to handle setup on-site, we send one from Delhi: flights ex-Delhi (actual fare) plus ₹2,500 per day of engineer time. Logistics from our Delhi factory is chargeable as per actuals. Wooden crate packaging for safe transport is an extra charge. This ex-Delhi pricing model is standard Indian B2B practice for commercial equipment.

Yes. After the warranty period ends, a mandatory AMC of 9.5% of the base price per year keeps your Pikcha operational. AMC fees: Pikcha Matte ~₹33,250/year (from Year 2), Pikcha Chrome ~₹42,750/year (from Year 3), Pikcha Pro ~₹52,250/year (from Year 4). AMC covers technical support at your tier SLA, spare parts dispatch, and software updates. Pikcha Chrome AMC also includes 3 free frame changes/year. Pikcha Pro AMC includes unlimited frame changes.

Post-warranty operation requires an active AMC. If the AMC lapses, the booth enters software lockout after a 30-day grace period. You will receive advance notifications at 60, 30, and 7 days before AMC expiry via email, WhatsApp, and the operator dashboard. This policy is clearly disclosed in the purchase contract at time of sale.
