What is included with purchase?
Every Pikcha AI Photo Booth purchase includes: complete hardware (booth enclosure, 21.5-inch touchscreen display, camera, dye-sublimation printer), AI software with 100+ effects, built-in UPI/RFID/coin payment systems, operator dashboard access, on-site delivery and installation, staff training session, 1-year warranty, and ongoing software updates at no extra cost.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We deliver and install anywhere in India. Our technicians travel to your location for setup, configuration, and staff training. Pan-India delivery and on-site installation is included with every purchase.
How long does delivery take?
Standard configurations are ready to ship within 2-3 weeks. Custom orders with specific branding or custom AI effects may take 4-6 weeks. We coordinate delivery and installation timing based on your venue readiness.
Is installation included?
Yes. Our technicians deliver the booth to your location, install it, configure the payment systems, load your branding, and train your staff on operation and basic maintenance. Installation is included with every purchase at no extra charge.
What warranty is included?
1-year comprehensive warranty covering hardware and software is included with every purchase. After the warranty period, annual maintenance contracts (AMC) are available for continued on-site hardware service and priority support.
Can I customize the branding and effects?
Yes. Your logo appears on every photo frame, and we can develop custom AI effects specific to your brand. Every photo that leaves the booth promotes your business, not ours. Custom branding and effects are available as part of the purchase process.
What payment methods does the booth support?
The booth comes with built-in UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), RFID card support, and coin acceptor. Free-play mode is also available for events or promotional use. All payment modes are configurable from the operator dashboard.
Do you offer bulk or multi-unit pricing?

Is financing or EMI available?
