What is included with purchase?
Every Pikcha AI Photo Booth purchase includes: complete hardware (booth enclosure, 21.5-inch touchscreen display, camera, dye-sublimation printer), AI software with 200+ AI generations that rebuild shots with studio-grade lighting and clean backgrounds, built-in UPI/RFID/coin payment systems, operator dashboard access, 1-year warranty, and ongoing software updates. Logistics, crate packaging, and optional on-site setup or training are quoted at actuals based on city and venue.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We deliver anywhere in India from our Delhi facility. Base pricing is ex-Delhi; logistics, crate packaging, and optional on-site setup or training are charged at actuals based on your city and venue requirements.
How long does delivery take?
Standard configurations are ready to ship within 2-3 weeks. Custom orders with specific branding or custom AI effects may take 4-6 weeks. We coordinate delivery and installation timing based on your venue readiness.
Is installation included?
Physical on-site installation is optional and quoted at actuals. Most buyers can self-install because Pikcha is plug-and-play; if you want a Bamigos engineer on-site, travel ex-Delhi and engineer time are billed separately.
What warranty is included?
1-year comprehensive warranty covering hardware and software is included with every purchase. After the warranty period, our standard AMC of 9.5% of base price per year keeps the booth operational, supported, and updated.
Can I customize the branding and effects?
Yes. Your logo appears on every photo frame, and we can develop custom AI effects specific to your brand. Every photo that leaves the booth promotes your business, not ours. Custom branding and effects are available as part of the purchase process.
What payment methods does the booth support?
The booth comes with built-in UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), RFID card support, and coin acceptor. Free-play mode is also available for events or promotional use. All payment modes are configurable from the operator dashboard.
Do you offer bulk or multi-unit pricing?
Yes. Mall chains, gaming zone operators, hotel groups, and franchise networks ordering multiple units receive volume pricing. Contact us with your requirements for a quote.
Is financing or EMI available?
