How much space do I need for the rental?
Minimum recommended space is 4m x 3m for a party setup. For corporate events, we recommend 5m x 4m or larger. We can adapt to various space constraints—contact us with your venue details.
What's included in the rental price?
All rentals include the complete system (projector, sensors, computer), delivery within city limits, setup, basic customization, game selection consultation, and takedown. On-site technician support depends on the package.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for party packages and 4 weeks for corporate events. Last-minute bookings may be possible—call us to check availability.
Can I customize the games for my event?
Yes! We can add your logo to games, create custom welcome screens, and select games appropriate for your audience. Full custom game development is available for corporate clients with advance notice.
What happens if something breaks during my event?
We include backup equipment for all corporate rentals. For party packages, our remote support team can resolve most issues instantly. Optional damage waiver covers accidental damage.
Do you provide power and other infrastructure?
We require standard 220V power (single 15A outlet). We bring all other equipment. For outdoor events, we can arrange generator rental at additional cost.
