Responsibilities
- Design gameplay mechanics for arcade experiences
- Create detailed game design documents (GDDs)
- Balance game difficulty and reward systems
- Prototype and playtest new concepts
- Analyze player behavior and optimize engagement
Requirements
- Strong game design documentation skills
- Experience with rapid prototyping
- Understanding of player psychology
- Knowledge of economy and progression design
- 3+ years of game design experience

- Experience with arcade or redemption games
